How do I place an order?
There are 3 simple steps...

  1. Read our Terms and Conditions
  2. Establish the size, colour and quantity of the items you need (please click here for advice on colours and measurements).
  3. Call us on 0191 581 6091

How long does it take for delivery?
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery, from the date we receive payment for your order. (Trade customers - please contact us on 0191 581 6091 to discuss your requirements.)

Do your prices include delivery?
All prices quoted include free delivery within 30 miles of our factory (please click here to view our free delivery area). Outside of our free delivery area, carriage charges start from just £20, but please call us (on 0191 581 6091) for an exact delivery cost. Alternatively, goods can be collected (please click here for a map of our factory location).

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted on our website include VAT, at the current rate.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes, we provide a full 5 year warranty.

Will the colour match the colour of my door / window?
We have carefully selected the particular shades we use, to ensure they look good against most common window and door colours. However, we cannot commit to offering a perfect match. If you have any further queries about colour matching, then please call us on 0191 581 6091, and we'd be happy to discuss your concerns.
