How do I place an order?
There are 3 simple steps...
Apart from my canopy / surround, is there anything else I'll need to order?
We supply a fixing kit, if required, at an additional cost of £15.
Do you deliver to my area?

I live outside your coverage area, can I still place an order?
We prefer to deliver all orders via our own transport, to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition. However, you can arrange for the goods to be collected if you wish, but we take no responsibility for any damage or shortfalls once the goods have been signed for at our factory. How long does it take for delivery?
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery, from the date we receive payment for your order. (Trade customers - please contact us on 0191 581 6091 to discuss your requirements.)
Do your prices include delivery?
All prices quoted include free delivery within 30 miles of our factory (please click here for a map). Delivery charges may apply for customers who are within our coverage area, but who are more than 30 miles from our base (please call us on 0191 581 6091 for further information).
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted on our website include VAT, at the current rate of 17.5%.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes, we provide a full 5 year warranty.
Will the colour match the colour of my door / window?
We have carefully selected the particular shades we use, to ensure they look good against most common window and door colours. However, we cannot commit to offering a perfect match. If you have any further queries about colour matching, then please call us on 0191 581 6091, and we'd be happy to discuss your concerns.
