Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.

Returns Policy
Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct style, size and colour to suit your application. Every product is tailored to individual requirements, hence we cannot refund or exchange goods after receiving your order. Goods can usually be viewed at our showroom before ordering.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - When Accepting Delivery
Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd. will notify you prior to delivery to arrange for an adult to accept delivery. Upon receiving delivery, please open the packaging and check contents for any damage or shortfall to goods. If the goods are damaged, or there is a shortfall in the contents, this must be documented on the delivery note and returned with the delivery driver, otherwise Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd. will not accept responsibility. If the delivery driver refuses to wait, please do not accept, nor sign for, the delivery.

Delivery Charge
Free carriage is available only within a 30 mile radius of our factory (to view our coverage area please click here for a map). Carriage may be charged on any orders which are within our coverage area, but which are more than 30 miles from our factory, in which case please call us (on 0191 581 6091) for details of the delivery costs involved. Alternatively, goods can be collected.

Colour
Please be aware that due to the varied nature of computer peripheral devices, the colour of the actual product may differ to the colour you see on your screen (or page, if printed off).

Decorative Brackets
Brackets/legs are for decorative use only, not structural, and for the Dental canopy they must be ordered separately.

VAT
VAT is included, at the current rate of 17.5%, in all prices quoted on our web site.

Payment
Orders from the general public must paid for before the goods can be manufactured. Trade customers can set up an account by completing a credit application (please call our sales office on 0191 581 6091). Terms for our trade accounts are determined by Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd.

Fixings
Fixings can be purchased with the canopy.

Fixings & Caps:  £12 per canopy
Mastic Sealant:  £3 per tube

We do not supply lead, this can be purchased from most local builder's merchants.

Discount
Prices quoted on the web site are retail prices direct to the general public. For details of our discounts for trade customers, please call our sales office on 0191 581 6091.

General Terms
Please note, we accept no responsibility for costs due to late delivery. If late delivery is inevitable, we will try to contact you prior to the agreed delivery date.

If a credit account is set up, the credit period will be determined by Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd., and all goods remain the property of Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd. until full payment is received.

We do not accept responsibility for shortfalls due to the customer not checking the order on delivery. Any shortfalls or delivery of damaged goods must be reported and returned by the driver on delivery, otherwise you will be refused replacements.

All goods ordered must be received within 30 days from the delivery date given. If Northern Fibreglass Products Ltd. are to store products over 30 days, the customer will incur a storage cost of up to 10% of the value. The customer will also get invoiced over 30 days regardless of the goods not being delivered.

Payment terms must be strictly adhered to. Failure to comply will result in interest being added to the outstanding debt at a rate of 4% per month over and above the base rate, calculated from the invoice due date.
